These Terms govern access to Vyaparly, operated by VICKEYAPPS TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Vyaparly provides multi-tenant eCommerce software for merchants to publish storefronts, manage catalogs, take orders, and operate fulfilment workflows. Features may vary by plan.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your catalog and pricing, compliance with applicable laws (including consumer and tax rules), customer service for your buyers, and securing your admin credentials. You must not use the platform for unlawful or abusive activity.

Payments & subscriptions

Paid plans are billed as described on the Pricing page or in a separate commercial agreement. Trials may be limited in time or features. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or agreed in writing.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
