Merchant account details (name, email, phone, business information), store content you upload (products, images, branding), order and customer data you process through the platform, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

To provide the platform, process orders, send transactional notifications, improve reliability and security, and communicate about your account or support requests. We do not sell your personal data.

Store customer data

When end customers shop on a merchant store, that merchant is the primary controller of customer order data. We process such data to host and operate the storefront and checkout on the merchant’s behalf.
