Partner Program Terms

1. Joining

The Vyaparly Partner Program is run by VICKEYAPPS TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("we").
Joining is free. We review every application and may approve or decline at our discretion.
You must be 18+ and hold a valid PAN to receive payouts.

A store counts as your referral when it signs up using your partner link or code.
The first valid partner code used at signup applies and cannot be changed later, except by us in case of a genuine error.
Your own store, stores of your family business, or stores using your phone number or email are not eligible.

You earn 20% of each Vyaparly subscription payment made by a referred store, for 12 months from that store's signup date, unless we agree a different rate with you in writing.
Commission is calculated on the amount the store actually paid (after discounts). Free trials and free or complimentary periods earn nothing.
If a payment is refunded, charged back, or found fraudulent, the related commission is reversed and may be deducted from future earnings.

Commission becomes withdrawable 15 days after the store's payment.
You can request a withdrawal when your available balance is ₹500 or more. We aim to transfer within 7 working days to the bank account or UPI ID you provide.
TDS and other taxes are deducted as required by Indian law and shown on each payout. You are responsible for declaring your income.

Do not make false promises about Vyaparly, offer unauthorised discounts, spam, or use paid ads on our brand name without written permission.
Fake signups, self-referrals, or misleading promotion lead to suspension and forfeiture of unpaid commission.

We may change these terms or the commission rate with notice. Changes do not affect commission already earned.
Either side may end the partnership at any time. Earned, non-reversed commission above the minimum will be paid out.
